Director of Proposals for major defense contractor manufacturing high technology electronic systems. Initiated development and institutionalizing of modern proposal management techniques implemented on all company business. Reduced proposal preparation time by 40% through automation and system streamlining, while simultaneously reducing size of pricing organization by 25%. Improved competitive position in marketplace through innovative pricing and estimating techniques based on activity-based costing systems.
